I am ALWAYS thrilled to capture weddings any day of the week but I do have a bit of a love for weekday weddings like this stunning Monday celebration. What a smart way to get married at your dream venue with all your favorite vendors and save money while doing it! During the day family members were so helpful setting up tables and creating beautiful flower arrangements. They were there to help with anything we needed... The entire day ran smoothly and had a relaxing vibe which is always a nice feeling because most wedding days can be pretty hectic. Without any of the typical wedding day stressors Cassie & Steven were able to truly enjoy their time together and we had so many moments with them of just pure fun.

I don't think we can ever forget when Steve surprised us and decided to do about 50 backflips for a fun photo with his bride. I was so nervous thinking our night might end with an injured groom but he had no trouble flipping backwards over and over AND all while wearing a suit!

Cassie is one of the sweetest brides and is so stunning in every way. After getting to know her and hearing her amazing story, I knew I wanted to capture her wedding day for her. She has the most kind hearted presence and contagious smile. Steven is clearly smitten with his beautiful bride and its really easy to see why.

During toasts we learned more about these two as individuals and as a couple through funny stories from childhood memories to touching stories that pulled on our heart strings. We felt every kind of emotion and I think it goes without saying that we know Cassie & Steve are so loved by their closest friends and family.

After lots of dancing, karaoke singing and cake smashing we ended the night with a flower petal send off and Steve & Cassie drove off as newlyweds towards their next adventure together. So many memories were made this day and I am excited to share a few with them here in the blog...
